Leo, when I left SoCal in '85, Gene Hoover took my place in Clarke Rohn's band. Here's a couple more shots. I know you know these folks. The PA head in shot #4 of the girl playing bass is one which i still have and it works great to this day! Also, remember the great sound we got from the old Ampex analog board in Clarke's studio using that old 1" tape?......JH in Va.

Man Jerry, we did some great sessions in Clarke old Garage studio. Them pictures bring back alot of old memories.Ole Jimmy what his name on bass guitar & Sherri Crawford. That girl(Sherri) could belt out a song. Brother Lou Martin looks like he was Snoop Dog before Snoop Dog was, with that hair do.Carol Randolph, what a joy it was to pick with her. Clarke still looks like Clarke with that master tape in his hand. Thanks Jerry, you made my day. Leo J.Eiffert,Jr.

Leo, Clarke's still got the studio but hasn't had it up and running in a few years. When I was in SoCal last August I told him he ought to fire it up and get every thing in good working order and then put a couple of ads in some of the trade papers. There are some acts out there who'd jump at the chance to record in an old analog 8 track studio like that. I bet he'd get some sessions booked in no time. I wish I had that equipment, I'd make some use of it. I assume that the old 1" tape is still available at least I hope so.........JH in Va.

Hey Jerry, that's what's so wrong with some of people who " God " gives them the Blessing of having something that's others wish they had. Oh well, say - a - la- Ve Horchhata Cacique Bella. > Leo J.Eiffert,Jr.
