History Request for Reese

Post by Daryl Smetana »

I'm again working on the Classic you helped me upgrade in the mid 1980s. Can you provide it's history? SN 1C3818. I learned alot on that upgrade to Bb Universal. A couple views of the result.

Daryl....Records verify serial number 1C3818 as being a white tidewood single 12 which left the factory with 5 pedals and 4 knee levers. Its original destination was our distributor located in Chicago, which is where our tracking ends.

Your guitar was born on December 3rd 1974!

Thank you for playing an MSA and displaying pride of ownership by keeping the guitar in such great condition.

Thanks Reece, I love all my instruments and try to keep them in good condition. I bought this steel from West LA Music in 1975, so I am probably the first or second owner. Interesting that my sister's birthday is also December 3rd.
