Whew! It's 110 in the shade here, and that's at the beach. Just wanted to wish everyone here a happy holiday, no matter what steel you play, what tuning you use, who you think the best player is, .....you get the idea.

I got ribs & chicken in the smoker and of course it don't hurt to have some (a lot) of cold ones to wash it down with. Is this country great or what?

Howard can be seen daily on the Food Network.
www.foodtv.com he will be appearing with
Emmeril LeGasse. Look for it. Be sure you have a TV set. Its not on radio.
