Franklin Instructional Material

In early March, I mailed an order for a Franklin instructional CD. I got the order form from Paul's website. I have not received the CD nor has my check been cashed. Does anyone know how long it should take to receive this material? I can not find any method to contact Paul by either email or phone. Perhaps it normally takes this long, but I am just wanting to know if anyone has an idea about how long it should take.

As mentioned before in the Pedal Steel section, apparently Mrs Franklin has had surgery and things may be a little slow. I pray for her speedy recovery, and look to ordering some material from them myself.

Have you tried going through the Franklin Guitar Web site. I have been able to talk to the Franklins that way. There is a listed phone number that has worked in the past.
