They're totally different guitars. A more accurate comparison (to the one at Elderly) would be with something like this:

Looks like Elderly has not cleaned and polished it at all (some prefer that). I am sure it will clean up real well and if it is all there as it seems to be and if the case is original its not priced out of line. If however the pickup does need a rewind as the ad makes reference to, then it's a couple hundred high. As Keith said "They're not making them anymore."
