Can anyone point me to a string winder that has a smaller "socket" head that doesn't flop around on the button of the key and hit the key's on either side when used?

Jim,

This one can be used as a winder and the head can be removed and inserted in to an electric screw driver for fast rewinds.

Another nice point is that it doesn't hit the other tuners like some do.

Jim, hi-

Carter makes a crank with a round head that doesn't hit the other keys, plus, you can detach the head to put into an electric drill if you want.
