Actually the room is for me and Leslie. James was kind enough to try and find one for us.
Thanks James; you are a true brother.
We do appreciate it more than you know; if someone knows of a room avaliable/comes up, at the Sheraton(sure theres other hotels around; but the Sheraton is the only one I could talk Leslie into coming up for in the first place....ah...ha...)

Hang in there, guys.....I put up a similar post a few weeks ago and soon got a response from a generous forumite who was canceling his reservation. He gave me his reservation number and the time he planned to cancel. I called right after he cancelled, had his # handy, and they gave the reservation right to me.
Maybe this is the way someone can handle this situation as well.

If anyone that has the 13th, 14th,15th and 16th at the Sheraton reserved and just can't make it call me at 731-364-3519.
I need a room with a Double Bed, none smoking. I've got a room close by, but with a booth it is much more convenient to be in the same location.
Maybe next year I can take care of this situation early in the year.

I tried the hotel a few times today, on Ricky's behalf, to see if there was anything. I was just hanging out, and figured, "why not?" I had no luck, but I do think it's a good idea to keep trying sporatically, seeing that there will be cancellations between now and then for sure.

You know Herb I think you are right, but maybe this trip will make me want to come back.
I know I'm really looking forward to it, and to meet some new people and meet with all of my friends from the past.
I'll see you soon, and I want to look at some of your products also, as I'm getting into teaching steel here a little you may have just what I need, right now I'm having to write out the tabulature and I don't have time for all that.
