Fessy Farmhouse Fandango

(Or, perhaps in deference to your career outside of music, it could be the Fessy Pharmhouse Fandango!)

You're ALL crackin' me up! I just got back from a mixing session at the studio and we mixed Bobby Flores' and Alex DePue's fiddle solos; tremendous! I can't wait to see what we're gonna end up calling this baby. My producer/engineer/keyboardist, Dan Kleiman came up with:

"Jimbeaux's Back in the Country" (with cover art of me at airport Immigration with my luggage (steel case?) getting my passport stamped)

... and I thought of 'Jim Cohen: Hey! Now He's Steelin' the Country!'

Yikes! First I call the artwork wrong and now I find out that I missed the memo on the gear change. So much for all those nifty Fessy/Farm/Philly alliterations...

On the other hand, does this mean that 2008 may not be too late to issue Country Songs For A New Millennium???

Some very creative suggestions here, guys. Keep 'em goin'! I love, "Country Songs for the New Millenium", hah! But most of these songs were recorded on my Fessy and only a few on the new Milly. Otherwise, it'd be a real contendah! Smile

Wish I had recorded 'Right or Wrong' on this CD; then this might be the perfect title, eh? Smile

Ooh, how about, "Country Music, IMHO" ?

(or the even less flattering, "Country Music, FWIW)." Whoa!
