We were getting ready to go to the Station Inn last night, and the phone rang. It was Justin Trevino..he said he was in town for a session on Tuesday, and needed directions to the Station Inn. He was also on Eddie Stubbs' show last night before he got to the club.

He got up and sang and brought the house down. First, he did "Home In San Antone" and gave everyone a chance to pick that one, then he did "We Could", and then....he did "Alright, I'll Sign The Papers" (which happens to be my favorite song on his new CD "Travelin' Singin'Man). The place went nuts..he is a super-nice guy..he got up there and everybody loved him. What a voice...Not only can the Time Jumpers play western swing better than anybody in town, they can also play better country music better than anybody in town. It was really neat. Smiley..didn't see you..man you missed it. The "real" country music isn't totally gone..every so often we are able to hear it (if you're in the right place at the right time). I'm glad I decided to go last night.

What a talent. I've seen him in TX and they just don't get any better than he is. He can do it all.

I was in Nashville this past weekend and bought this CD. Every song is good! Steel guitar all over the place. I think this CD is a must have. A really fine singer! Jim
