Fellow steel guitarist Burke Carroll has dropped off a very fine recording featuring him with the Bebop Cowboys who play a regular Wednesday night gig at the Cadillac Lounge on Queen Street in Toronto, Canada.
The music is Western Swing featuring Burke mainly on the C6th neck.
The tunes are:
Crazy Rhythm, Rose of San Antone, Is You Is or Is You Ain't My Baby, Ram-Bunk-Shush, That's What I Like About The South, Sweet Temptation, Lucky Old Sun, Remington Ride, Deep Water and Detroit City.

For those of you familiar with the Northern Steel CD featuring 17 Canadian players, Burke Carroll did an excellent job playing the song CRY on pedal steel, lap steel and dobro. He is one of the most in demand musician in Toronto. Salut! Bob

Such wonderful timing! As it turns out, I'll be in Toronto on Wednesday, Jan. 30th, and can't wait to hear these guys. Sounds right up my Alley from the Alamo!
