While thumbing thru a new book about the 60's era Sunset Strip, I came upon a photo of the group, Love, who's guitarist was sporting a black Stratoshere on stage.
Any way to get the chicks, I guess...

...so the Bryant/West" stratosphere boogie" was recorded using one of these instruments. Smokin' tune from Speedy and Jimmy. Hot Stuff fer sure Exclamation

While not worthy of sweeping the floor after Jimmy, at least me and Mr. Bryant shared similar tastes in guitars, as he also endorsed the Bigsby designed Magnatone Mark V which I have an example of, and I always wanted a Stratosphere.
Great minds may think alike, but too bad it doesn't do the same for the hands...
