That first shot of Michael and Billy has his brother, Buddy on guitar (also a steeler), and I hope somebody can fill in the blanks for the bassist, and the grey bearded chap in a following stage shot.
Earl Hooker never get's any attention and has next to no recorded output on CD, unless somebody could please post an informed correction. I'd love to hear some live material from him. Sadly overlooked!
And, those are great color pix of Lonnie (no clue who he is) and Freddie. The shot with him and Earl is very cool too.

There are quite a few Earl Hooker compilations on CD currently.
Reverend Lonnie Farris was a gospel steel guitarist, but not in the style of the Sacred Steel players.
