There will be steel guitars on Broadway in Nashville this weekend.
Friday: 10 m - 2:am Joan Cox @ "The Second Fiddle" with Tony Howard
Johnny Cox @ "Legends Corner" with Mike Siler 10p - 2a
Saturday: Hal Rugg @ "Legends Corner" with Mike Siler from 6p - 10p

I am sure there will be more great steel players in other clubs as well.

What a treat. I played the Opry at the Ryman this weekend (a treat in itself) so I got to listen to Tommy White (he threw in some great dobro pickin',too), & then when we were done I went to Legends to hear Johnny on Friday & Hal on Saturday. And let's not forget that Steve Hinson was playing in the back room at Tootsie's on Sat. & Buck Reid was at Robert's Sun. night. Steel guitar is alive & well on "Lower Broad."
