WTB S-10, Please close -- found one!

Post by Ivan Rosenberg »

Looking for a pro quality S-10 on a single frame (i.e. no pad or half-pad), GFI Ultra or Expo or Carter would be great, though I'm not especially keen on keyless models. Price range between $1250 and $1600 depending on the instrument. I'm going for good mechanics, great tone, and light weight--looks aren't as important, some scratches or dings are fine, and I'd probably prefer a less-flashy color. Standard 3/4 pedals & knees are all I need. I know I just missed a couple of nice ones here on the forum, but I was still in the shopping around phase....

Kinda like to get one in a hurry for an upcoming recording project, love to use PayPal just to make it easy, and I have a Fed Ex account and will prepare the shipping document for you so you can just take it to a Fed Ex facility and be outta there in a few seconds. Please let me know if you have something that fits this description. Thank you!!

Having researched a little more, I think I'm going to narrow it down to an S-10 mica guitar, single frame, made in the last decade or so.... I'm thinking a new GFI Expo might not be a bad idea, too.

Please close. I lucked out and just arranged to buy a beautiful Carter S-10 from Dave O'Brien. What a great guy--he even played it for me over the phone and he's setting up the levers to my liking, too. Can't wait!
