Bob-I had a few MSA's From Reece and had some with the tone control, and volume contorl and the By pass switch so it would go direct to the picukup if you and to. Great idea. Thoe wood lacquer guitars are more expensive to build and are priced more accordingly than the Formica ones. You have the Boss type fuzztone on it too. They are great to have right on the guitar.Good Luck and Happy New Year..al.:)
I would buy it myself if I was in the market right now....

Offer withdrawal
Bob
In order to allow me to negotiate in good faith with other sellers, I am withdrawing my offer to purchase. I have left my telephone number for Bob on a private message. If he wishes to call me and reaches me prior to making another purchase, I remain seriously interested in his listing.

Sorry to piss so many people off.. If its ok with everyone, I was away for 2 days working my day job, and gigging up in northern NY 100+ miles from here,,, I was gone from Thurs. night to saturday mid day..
Bill, as I stated in my email to you just before I left,AND as shown right here in this thread, I had pulled the guitar off the "market" as I got several "definate maybe's", several tire kickers, and an insulting lowball offer.. Yes I got disgusted.. thought "the hell with this, I'll just keep this guitar around awile" and repost it at a later time.. Its all in this thread if you want to look it up.. btw,I don't recall if I emailed or PM'd you, but I did respond after talking on the phone with Mark.. If you didn't get the message , my apologies.. I think I used the forum "in house" email...
AFTER I posted for b0b to close this up because I was not going to sell it right now, I got deluged with buyers wanting to send checks instantly,. yourself included..
I can't explain why that happened, but I haven't been around for a few days to see whats happening, and now I've made several enemies it seems.. I am not sure when I will try again, probably soon as I just don't need it right now..
Look, If I want to buy something I don't hem and haw, I send a check.. too many maybe's that don;t pan out, and low ballers on a really fair deal and yes some people just say get aggravated amd think "I'll try this again another time".. thats what this is all about. no hidden agendas at all.

Bob, everybody had an great opportunity for several days to buy your beautiful MSA and nobody stepped up until they were sure that you weren't going to lower your more than fair price. I hope that I have hit the lottery when you decide to relist your MSA because I'll just send a check with no haggling. Again I say, your price is more than fair. Sell it when you are good and ready.
I would suggest doing something a little more "conventional" with the setup. I tried to wrap my very little brain around it and ended up with a headache. All I came up with was the idea that I needed to grow an extra leg, or failing that, at least another foot, before I could play it.
Have a Great New Year Bob!
