Time has come for this organization and it will have a lot of big time support. So stop by my booth in St. Louis and then send in your application. Charter members will have many special priviledges. Do not know what they are just yet, but you will be proud to have them. Have some top talent lined up for membership and I am very honored to include the great Jerry Jaye as one of the first ones, along with Jerry Brightman. With a start like this, it has to be good. See you in St. Louis.
Hal Higgins is working very hard for the organization to be a success and all the support will be greatly appreciated.

Bill
You can count on any support you need from me anytime.

Great idea!!!! It will keep Ole Jerry Jaye out of trouble too.

Btw
I am a member of the Mid Atlantic Steel Guitar association out of Fayetteville N.C.

Maybe we can join forces so to speak and work together. I'll talk to the folks at the next meeting and see what they think.

Hi Ben and John:
Ben, the great Jerry Jaye was at my home all afternoon today-Tuesday. Sends his regards.
He showed me a few new licks and now have a lot of practice to do. Were your ears burning? lol
Thanks for the support John. We are really having a lot of interest from a lot of great players. This will be a very exciting project. Stay tuned.

Hey there guys.....I'm very excited about this club, and as soon as we get some membership signed up we will start the initial needful things to get to all members. I especially want to thank Mr. Bill Stafford for all the encouragement and help. Those of you "forumites" that become members will receive some special privileges as Bill stated (what they are, are yet to be determined) First thing is to get signed up as a member. We need the finance to get things in operation. Check out the web-site (still under construction). www.geocities.com/deepsouthmusicians Go to the links and print out an application form. No one will be refused membership. Send the app to the address supplied along with your membership dues. Thanks a lot. I'm looking forward to having a great time with some great steel guitar players and musicians................HAL

Hal, Check's in the mail.
Hey Bill, did this Jerry Jaye guy have to come to your house to audition?
Is he the same Jerry Jaye that had out "Honky Tonk Women Love Redneck Men" in the mid 70's?
