can't cut/paste info

I am trying to copy information from past columns I did but when I paste it into a word document it looks like an excel spread sheet with the grid which I can't edit. I don't want the entire page but just the today is dates. Here's the link:

Instead of Paste,
Copy the info, switch to your Word program,
Under the Edit Menu, choose Paste Special, Then choose Unformatted text.
The way you were pasting it was as HTML Format.
