I did a similar gig with Pat Green in Luckenbach. Make sure all those kids get back on the bus after the show, or you'll wind up hauling a few of 'em back to Austin in the back of your camper shell. All drunk!

Thanks for the advice, Chris. But our RV camper affectionately known as "The Pligga" died enroute to Wichita Falls last May. Since then we've upgraded to an Eagle tour bus (aka) "The Bigga Pligga". She used to be a Greyhound bus and she's currently in mid-conversion. A state that can accurately be described as a cross between a ghetto flop house and a "meth" lab. What with all the wires hanging down from disconnected "this & that". We got lawn chairs and foam pad mattresses in her right now. One look at that from a drunk ticket holder and they'll wanna "ride" their thumb from Timbuktu before gettin' on our bus... The outside of the bus has been converted and looks good (gotta keep up appearances, ya' know....)

Keep on pickin'!

Hey Gene!

We still have the original "head" in the bus. It will be replaced by an actual household type. But, until then, it works. Besides, one throw of the "dump" switch takes care of them pesky "tailgators" Be careful what you say about a funnel. We're gonna be playing up in Oklahoma in the near future

BTW: I have been keeping and will continue to keep your daughter in my prayers. Best wishes and...

Keep on pickin'!
