A benefit/tribute will be held on July 22nd, beginning at 1:00 pm and going until 8:00 pm, at the North St. Paul American Legion. Among the bands participating in this tribute/benefit will be the Sharon Lee Band, Rose Family Band, Alan Godage, Betty Lee, The Fugitives, Brandy Creek, and many other singers and guests. Cost is $5.00 per person. Tickets are available through myself and my wife, Jan Olsen, or Larry Rose. You can also get tickets at the door.
Three grand prizes will be given away: a 25" TV, $100, and $50. You do not need to be present to win these prizes. Other door prizes will be raffled off during the day, such as movie passes, dinners, and such.
As I have mentioned before, Curt has had colon cancer surgery and is in the recovery stage. He has had 3 chemo treatments already, and is doing fine. So, please attend if possible, and contact me or Jan or Larry is you are in the Minnesota area.
