There is no cover but I think there is a minimum of some sort.

I will be playing pedalsteel for this workshop. Butch Morris had a big impact on me going full time with music years ago.

here is a bit of info:

On conduction:

"Conduction" (Conducted Improvisation/Interpretation)
is a gestural vocabulary that is used to construct
ensemble improvisations.

The workshop process prepares the musician to
interpret gesture and hone their improvisational
skills into a collective landscape.

The conduction workshop is an excellent opportunity
for both student and professional alike to get a
glimpse into a music that has been described as "…….
one of the most challenging and exciting contributions
to 20th century music".

Its pretty wild stuff. If you can't make that show I will be playing for beers with some local yocals at the Knit around 11:00
