I've been on roll lately with the recordings. Here is a classic late-night torch song - a tune made famous by Ray Charles, Willie Nelson and countless others - Bruddah Iz even recorded a version!

It's probably the most recorded song from the pen of songwriter Cindy Walker - 'You Don't Know Me'.

You Don't Know Me

It's funny where and when you find your musical inspiration. I've heard this song my whole life but never thought of recording or even playing it until I heard it on the TV show 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' the other night - go figure. Cool

Ukulele/Guitar duet - Talmsa tenor Uke, Heritage Johnny Smith archtop guitar.

Really nice rendition Gerald.
Love the song - hate that show!
He's just not funny to me, but then neither is Seinfeld . .

Really sweet arrangement and playing. I find it amazing that you can
produce such high quality work in so short a time!

Hi Gerald,
Nice playing and recording as usual. I always loved the tune. It's great to see that you are on a roll and inspired. See you at the Dallas show.

Great touch Gerald. We'll have to play that one next time we meet, it's one of my all time favorites. First Sugar Moon, now this - are getting ready to put out your own Cindy Walker tribute?
