I recognise the singer as Norman Norfolk, and the steelplayer as Clarence Clue, who went on to form a well known British country duo, Norfolk 'n Clue

Reminds me of that old duo, Novak n'Good; Tommy Steele joined them on vocals and they were 'Steele, Novak'n'Good'.
