Jody Cameron @ ETSGA in Tyler Sunday Oct. 21st
We are very priviledged and honored to have Jody Cameron and wife Darla entertaining us this coming Sunday at the Woodman of the World building in Tyler, Texas. The show will start no later than 1:30pm and last until 3:00pm. After the show, Jody will be putting on a free steel guitar seminar for those wanting to learn. ( I'll be the one on the front row ). Go to www.etsga.org for a map of the location. Don't miss this opportunity to hear and learn from a great steel player and friend of the steel guitar world. We will have a great backup band for Jody and the show is always free to the public. Please come and join us. Thanks, W.J. Copeland

A few notes from the show :
1) Wow! Jody can play!
2) He's also a class act -- he had positive comments for all the band members and stayed at least 30 minutes passed the scheduled end time answering questions and teaching licks.
3) A pretty good turn out -- I guessedimated about 70 folks.
Here are a couple of pictures that I took. (I may have inadvertently over-caffinated -- most of my pictures turned out blurry )

I had a great time at ya'lls club meeting! It was worth the trip. Thanks for letting me sing a song, I enjoyed it very much. A+ hospitality from the ETSGA.

I'm sorry I missed Jody this weekend. Was planning on being there but didn't make it back from Hot Springs in time. Jody is a great picker and great person too and I know everyone had a great time. I bet that P/P Emmons was really singing.
