I'm not into opera but you've got to hear this voice!

Leroy, the strangest thing happened one night. Our drummers fiance was a Opera Maj. at Uni. of Ia. One night on a whim she got on stage and preceded to tell a story of a Opera song and sang a part of it. Believe it or not, the place was crazy. I believe seeing it sung and knowing the story, was a huge success. These people were treated to a beautiful story and gave Terri a great reception. Sometimes you have to say, "Who'd a thunk it?"

He nailed it. And I am pleased to see he has been
getting invitations on the American opera circuit
to sing, at least so far in concert if not in
classic opera productions. That may likely come
with the right coaching.

The guy has done his homework for sure.
I played and recorded this piece Nesun Dorma in NYC,
with a 3rd tier symphony, we had some Julliard
professors singing, and this fellow did just as well.

He has the control and ability to emotionally
connect people with the song.
More power to him.

It's also lovely to see Simon Cowell so
totally gob smacked at a performance. Laughing

Man, he has a fine voice with great emotive power. I grew up listening to opera - my mom was a fine soprano. He's the real deal, IMO. One can train, but only the Good Lord can give you that kind of voice. Every once in a while, I'm amazed at what pops out of these otherwise dreary - to my tastes - talent shows.

I have never been a fan of opera but that man can sing. He deserves a career in singing with such a great voice like he has.

I too am glad of this -- he sure deserves a shot.
