Any ideas who the steeler on this Marty Robbins clip is?

I don't recognize him, but he does has a very smooth sound. I notice he uses the volume control pretty heavily to do some muting and this gives a really fluid sound.

I don't know much about Marty or his band, but I just found out Marty's regular steel man was Bill Johnson... I think that's him.
