It's time to plan your Saturday afternoon for the next meeting with the Central Oklahoma Steel Guitar Club at Tuttle, AMERICA (slightly south west of Oklahoma City, on H.37, east of Minco). Meeting will start at about 1:00 P.M. It will be held again at the Senior Citizens Building. So bring your picks and your guitars, and lets have fun!!
NOTE: November & December meetings are canceled , because most folks are busy with holiday activites. Meetings will resume the last Saturday of January, and continue every other month there after.

James, leave the last weekend in January open and come on out to the Southwest Steel show in Phoenix,AZ. This will be our fifth show and is getting bigger and better every year. You Oklahoma folks will need some nice warm weather by then.

| It appears early for checking in for the meeting. Since I will be leaving for Hot Springs Sun. for a week I decided to reply. It is doubtful that I will be at the meeting as that weekend starting Thurs. I will be attending our GMC Classics motorhome rally in Guthrie. Sure hate to miss a meeting. Members should keep in mind OSGA is having their fund raiser in Stillwater Oct. 21. This was a great gathering last year. Our own James Morehead did a great job of playing with his group at the Baster Springs show. This was such a great show as it featured not so famous players with a tremendous amount of talent. Jim Harper, Jerry Horner ask about you. Don't be surprised he doesn't show up this month or Jan. Will be checking this post when I return to see who all will be showing up. |

I have to attend the funeral of an old high-school friend at 2pm Saturday.  I'll try to stop by the meeting afterwards for "howdys", but I won't have enough time to bring my rig. |
