I must agree about the great backup band!
In the past year I played some gigs with the drummer Larry Jackson, and I knew his brother Jim, who was a great guitarist and singer. Well, I played a gig with Larry Jackson last Saturday night and you could set your watch by him. He plays it right!
I have also played with Bob on several shows and he's a great bass player. The other guys I don't know but the rhythm setion is right. THanks!

Hey Scotty Henderson,
Are you still going to be filling in at Ft. Scott Jubilee this Saturday?
I just got word that I will be filling in on piano.
I think I will stop by Baxter Springs on the way and check out the show. I have never been there, but I have heard great things about it. See you there.

Very truly yours,

I am really looking forward to attending and playing on the show. You feel like you are among friends at this show. I want Scotty Henderson to know that I may let my (white) hair down when I start playing. I hope my hot licks curl the hair on Fred Justice's head. Beware, I may bring Dracula in a Amish hat with me. I should be considered armed and dangerous with my little single neck 10 string E9th Emmons. Scotty Henderson, I want you to know I have been thinking about using black shoe polish to color my white hair. Only problem is, I worry what will happen if it rains.
