Guess I will be checking into XM Satalite Radio. Just heard Eddie Stubbs on WSM AM last night saying they are going to start broadcasting the Tue, Fri and Sat night Opry. Maybe this is old news, but it is the first I have heard about it. This was the reason I got Sirius in the first place as WSM AM doesn't always come in too good up here. I was when they quit WSM. My contract is up at the end of the year, so..Goodbye Sucker. _________________ Rog.

Sirius and XM are supposed to be merging around the first of the year. |

Do you suppose they will carry separate programming? _________________ Rog.

I hope they merge because I got Serious for the sports, mainly baseball, but they don't carry a lot of the games my hubby likes. (I got it so that I wouldn't have to listen to static while he tried to tune in outer Mongolia.) Serious carries football but with few exceptions, we don't travel during football season. |

Dayna,
I think you bought the wrong one for baseball. Sirius has the NFL deal and XM has MLB.
They have proposed a merger. I guess there will have to be some regulation applied to that, since it will clearly become a monopoly. _________________ HagFan
