Harry Jackson came to my house in Lake city Fl. and set up my guitar. He worked on it for 3 1/2 hours, it now plays like a dream. This was after someone else built it again. That is customer service. A Shobud Professional I bought new in 1972. He cvut off the legs, and set the mechanics so well, it plays better than ever. The guitar did not need any repairs for 35 years, I just wanted it set up with Modern parts, John Coop Parts.
