Emmons/Day?

Could someone direct me to a thread comparing Emmons and Day set-ups? I can't find it via "Search," and I know it has to be here...somewhere! Many thanks.

Emmons or Day refers to the E9 pedal setup and KL's for your left leg.
Emmons...
pedals A,B,C
LKL raises E's to F
LKR lowers E's to Eb

Day...
pedals C,B,A
LKL lowers E's to Eb
LKR raises E's to F

That's basically it in a nutshell.
