Peavey N112 and Evans amps for steel guitars without pedals?
Does anyone play his Fender Stringmaster through a Peavey Nashville 112 or an Evans amp? What are your experiences with these amps?

I usually use an NV112 with a Remington Steelmaster for live performance and it sounds great - warm for a solid state amp, with plenty of clean headroom. I've used it in the studio with Stringmasters, Customs etc - it sounds good and performs consistently.
It's not a tube amp, but it sounds a lot fatter and richer than its chinese cousin the Valve King 112. Sometimes I use both of those amps together, but I wouldn't use the VK112 by itself for Steel Guitar. It's nice for guitar though.
For the price you can't beat the NV112.
I bought mine from Bobbe Seymour.

NV112
I use a NV112 with my D-8 Stringmaster and it sounds great! Check it out here! I also use it with my Emmons S12U and MSA S10 with similar results. It's just a great little amp.
