They're Ø.109' with a rolled #5-40 thread if you have the 5 hole pulls.
Should you have the 2 hole pulls you can use standard Ø1/8" rods with a #5-40 thread.
You cannot use the Ø1/8 rods with the 5 hole pulls.

ATTENTION!!! PSG Parts is shutting Down

Please pass information on as not everyone may see this. On June 30th my current website provider, GoDaddy, is discontinuing the current platform. They will shut down any access to it and even I won't be able to access it. As I have a multitude of projects around the ranch that I've put off for 10 y...

Just FYI, knee lever for the Fingertip are different than the later ones. On a Fingertip the cross shaft goes thru the knee lever at the pivot point and is activated with a set screw threaded into the cross shaft. So, there's a 5/16" hole in the knee lever for the cross shaft and the slot is wi...

Bryce, From your description it sounds like it's a 6139. They didn't have a name for it at that time as it was the precursor to the Pro I. It most likely has the rack and barrel system under it unless someone has changed it. It could have anywhere from 0-4 levers under it. Most were custom ordered a...

No, Al has not passed away. I've been in contact with him over the past 3 weeks and just sent him a message this morning.
He is retiring and he has sold his house so he's in the middle of trying to get moved.

He is alive and well, just busy with life.

No, nylon tuning nuts are not available at the hardware store. I had a customer call me yesterday about tuning nuts that he ordered from me and said that they 'fell' onto the rod. I've been over this before in a previous post but here goes again. #3 rods use a #3 nut. Most typically there is a #3-48...

Select the 3/8" long ones. That's all MSA used as far as I know.

I talked to Chuck a couple weeks ago and he's having a time finding those finger return springs. I guess his supplier isn't making them anymore or they've changed the size and they no longer fit.

Also check the end of the pedal stud for burrs. Take a file and go around the end of the stud to remove any raised burrs and smooth it up. Over years of use they could have been nicked or bumped raising an edge. It doesn't take much to do so. Check that first before drilling the connectors as you mo...

Mike, you are correct in placing the face of the adjuster barrel to the open side of the rack. This was the original design intent per the patent drawings. I have a close relationship with David Jackson and have discussed this with him before. Also, from an engineering standpoint it makes more sense...

Glenn, It sounds as if the hex socket on the end of the rod has come loose. This is caused by using too much force to turn a locked up rod. I would try Richards suggestion of 2 pair of priers to loosen the barrel from the rod and if that doesn't work then just cut the rod with pair of diagonal cutte...
