Is the changer 2 up 2 down? Looks like the one I have, except the body is nicer. Pics of the underside currently?

That one is a beaut! A dead ringer for mine, except in better shape, with all of the original parts. Wow.

$1800 now. Pretty good deal for a Pomona.

Supposedly it also measures elasticity of the strings to determine when to change them. That's something that I'd never seen before. A dead string determinator.

Ran across this tuning device on Kickstarter. Not attached to the project in any way, but it looks like a combo stringwinder and tuner, works with a mobile app. Quite amazing, actually, and the start up docs are pretty buttoned up. I'd say this has a chance of succeeding. The best part for steelers ...

This is really a unique instrument, with Al's setup. Good luck with the sale Fred. I'm kicking myself for not digging up a couple coffee cans of cash from the backyard on this one. But it's going to a good home.

Not sure how you got it mixed up. The PayPal address is always an email address, so if you made a payment to an email address that corresponds to the seller's paypal account it should have cleared. If you sent a payment to some other email address, it should be credited to that email/PayPal address....

I saw one go for $810 on ebay just this past week. Granted, it was the earlier model with a blonde wood body and the Gumby headstock. Looked like it was in fairly good condition, but still...

You're welcome, Larry. I'm always amazed when Mavericks go for 700-800 on eBay, yet really good guitars never get a bid there. Glad it sold!
