I looked again and found the following numbers on the speaker cone - 451556.11 - if that means anything. Below that are three additional numbers which I can't make out. I agree it looks something like the Deltalite, so I suppose it could be. I've had the amp for about 3 years, so I can't be certain ...

Evans FET500 - More Pix and a Bonus Item!
Here are some additional pix of the Evans FET 500 Custom LV I have for sale. The gray color is accurate - the others look blue because I took them with a flash. This amp is all original. S/N is 8788. It has the original 15" Eminence speaker - not sure what model the speaker is, but Scot at Evan...
