I just got an older GFI u12, and the vertical lever completely hangs down until it is parallel with the LKL (rather than being perpendicular like it is supposed to be). Does anyone have any pics of how the vertical is supposed to be attached?

If you change from a steel to a nickle string or vice versa (same gauge), would you have to readjust your pulls?

Lane, how do you add a custom temperament in the Android version?

Well my amp doesn't have an effects output on it, but I tried a cable from pre amp out to pre amp in, and it still sounds distorted.

David, I do have a foot switch but both channels are bad

Also, I am plugged straight into the amp, no volume pedal. Both inputs sound this way. i have also tried a six string guitar and it sounds the same.
