Musescore and other music notation files

Robert,

I think that it is a great idea. I use GuitarPro, Tabledit, and Musescore. One of the great feature about Musescore is it's ability to convert Music PDFs into Musescore files. It's not perfect but you can then Export the resulting Musescore file into MIDI, MusicXML or other formats.

Michael, Thank you for the info. John gave a link to the site where he purchased the PCB board for the pedal. I purchased the PCB for less than $10. I'll try to build the pedal over the summer.

Jordan Boss Tone Fuzz - Please Close

I bought a Jordan Boss Tone made in Nashville from The Steel Guitar Forum years ago. I gave it to my amp tech to service, but he died before he finished it and it was nowhere to be found in his shop after he died. I have a Voodoo Labs Super Fuzz copy that I hate. If anyone has a Jordan Boss Tone to ...

Crate PowerBlock 150 watt stereo guitar amplifiers

I have 2 Crate PowerBlock CPB150 150 watt stereo guitar amplifiers for sale, $150.00 plus shipping in CONUS for each amplifier. Both are in good shape. I used these as backup amplifiers for my band so they both have very little usage. Both are in very good condition. They are very light weight and h...

Thumb Pick Problem

I use a Herco HE115 Flex Thumb picks and sometimes a Fred Kelly Bumble Bee thumb picks which come in different shapes and gauges. I found an excellent solution to my problem with metal finger picks moving loose and hurting the cuticles on my fingers that may work for your thumb pick problem. I use a...

Re: I Love You Because,Gary Carter

John, Thank you very much for emailing me your wonderful TAB arrangement for “I Love You Because”. I’ve always loved this song and have been looking for an arrangement of it for Pedal Steel for quite some time. Your arrangement is excellent and very professionally transcribed. All the best, Gl...

Oahu Tonemaster 6 String Bridge

Greetings, I am looking for a replacement bridge for an Oahu Tonemaster 6 string lap steel guitar, or any suggestions for anything that would work if I can't find the correct replacement part. Brint,

Thank you for your response. I sent an email to James Morehead. I agree that it would be best to use aluminum and replace the others as well.

Broke Knee Lever on Sho~Bud need advice for repair

I broke the knee lever off my Sho~Bud Pro I that raises the E to F. I would prefer to order the part and try to fix it myself, or drive it someplace locally to be fixed rather than sending the whole guitar via UPS. I live in Long Island, New York not far from NYC. I would be grateful to any one that...
