Bob,

You helped me so much over the past 12 years about tuning, chords, and playing the steel guitar that
I could never have learned without your help.

RIP my friend.

He then showed me his upright fret marker board...and then he asked me to try it out. I payed his steel...

Very sad news. Tom was a good friend and skilled craftsman. The last time I talked to him, he said he might expand his business to making covers for other instruments such as keyboards, accordions, and microphones. Anyone who ever spoke with him had a friend for life. Condolences to the family and R...

Peavey Slidomatic Steel Guitar

Since I had my stoke last year I have been unable to play my Mullen PSG. I have lost most of use of my left leg and foot, and can't use the pedals or knee levers. So I picked up a Peavey Slideomatic Lap Steel. Here is my take on a 1940 song called "We Three" that was recorded by Inkspots: ...

Help is on the way

There is no problem finding the notes that Erv can't find on his piano if you follow this rule. Use the same tuning fluid with your piano that you use on your steel guitar. (it may take more than one bottle). Remember...up and left for flats, up and right for sharps! http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/u...
