Is the Mullen sold----its hard to tell????

I play throught MPX1 and it has been programmed. Problem is that out of 1 speaker I get a soud of 1234 and in the other speaker I get only 234 and is weaker than the other speaker. My Rev preamp has a jack just for a tuner and can
tune a string at any time without hearing the string(as long as the vol pedal is off)
