fender 2000

I pulled my "2000" out from under the bed about a year ago. It had been resting there for 30 years. I also would suggest you trade it for something more modern. While it is playable, (esp. C6) some knee levers on E9 would make it a lot better!

best of luck,

Errol

bad wire day

Don't the amplifier manufacturers want the best sounding equipment? Do any of them use these "super" cables?
Robert Leaman was right; the power is filtered before it is ever used to power the amp.

I never thought of putting it on the right end. That should work well! My C6 pedals are not standard and I do have the third string raise. Couldn't live without it having migrated from A7. I do use 2 feet on C6. Thanks Jack

Need help w/E9 pedals on Fender 2000

I started playing ( I wouldn't call it that at first ) 6 months ago after a 30 year break. My guitar has the setup it was shipped with, Emmons + P4-lower the G#'s. Since I can get minors in other ways I am looking for a better pull for P4. The guitar is in good enough condition that I hesitate to ad...

I started playing 6 months ago after a 30 year absence and appreciate the opportunity to hear a wide range of players. Once again A BIG THANK YOU!

Thanks Philip. That helps; and yes I noticed the tuning screws and springs are mounted separately from the changer, as a unit.

I certainly will Alan. I had implants to remove cateracts in my eyes earlier this year and I haven't found satisfactory reading glasses, hence am worried about "little pieces flying everywhere."

fender 2000

Hi everyone! Two or three months ago I took my F 2000 out of the case where it had been resting for 30 years. I managed to tune it and awaken some of my old skills but I have that dreaded CHANGER HANG. When setting up, I noticed moderate corrosion. I think it best to remove the changer to compleetel...
