Hello Richard, I am still using Easy Video Downloader , without any trouble.Just go to their site and down load the downloader and set it to download in the avi format and copy and paste the url of the uTube into the proper space and choose your download site and hit the start button and off you go....

I've found that when I've had problems such as this that they have a newer version up so I download it and they work OK. Maybe this will help you some as I have suffered the same frustration.
