My suggestion is before spending any money on a pedal steel to stay up until about 2:30 in the morning for about 6 or 7 nights in a row just to see if you can get used to the time warp when you can't stop until you figure this one thing out!!! Dave, my advice would be to make the compensation based upon performance. The better they perform, the higher the percent. I am not sure if it is a concern or not but if you look closely at the pictures ... the serial numbers appear to have been made with different stamps. Just my observation.
