They have a tendency to develop a loud PSCHHHH noise do to some transistors in them. Mine does that sitting at idle but when playing the tone and reverb are out standing. You have a beauty there. Mine came with a ALTEC LANSING 15 in speaker.

WOW.A beautiful SHO BUD amp. I have not seen that design before. I have a GRETSCH NASHVILLE PRO STEEL AMP that is a copy of sho bud amp. If i was steel playing i would buy it for sure. Churches today don't want a steel guitar in the modern type of worship music so i have had to go to the bass guitar...

You can't leave out Weldon Myrick. Lots of gospel record recordings with famous groups.

Gonna teach a student. Any ideas on beginner lessons.

I need the cassette tape to Dewitt Scotts anthology of the steel guitar, You can PM me if you have one for sale.

Does any one know where i might buy a tape for this book.

This amp has the best chorus of any amp on the planet. Check it out on google. The amp looks great but does have a slight stain on the grill cloth.

Session 500 for sale. It has the leg att. for the effects but one side of the clip is broken. Real nice tolex and grill cloth. BW speaker. All original so probally some scratchy pots. It is used every sunday by a guitar player at church. I will not ship so local pick up only in Shawnee Okla.
