Richard I know the song was written by John D Laudermilk ( spelling ) It was the first song we recorded when we got into music It did a lot for us even tho it was very bad lol

Hi Graham Sorry to hear about your hand. But do you remember Buddy Ackers. He was born with no fingers on his left hand. Never stopped him from been a good steel player. You just have to tell yourself you are going to do it and you will. It will take work but like anything else you will overcome it....
