Bob, any sustain pedal for the garden-variety electronic piano will work for the Alesis. Get two, and you also have a tempo-tap pedal and a fill insert function. The local music store here sells them for about 12 bucks. -Chaz

Another opinion checks in. I got an ebay response from someone who is sure that this PSG was made by Ed Naylor here in Ohio. Apparently, Mr. Naylor was formerly with Sho-Bud. Still more to learn for me. Thanks everyone!

I listed the steel on ebay, got a few bids and a few questions. Then I got a message from someone who sounded knowledgable (more than me, PSG-wise) saying that this is not an MSA.
