Thanks you Daniel. yes --that sounds right. I'm not sure when the last push pulls were made. And yes-it is also a great sounding guitar. I never ever had any sound/tone issues with it.

Wade,
The Emmons LeGrande I have for sale is an all-pull guitar. I dont believe any of the newer Emmons were push pulls, that I know of.

No, no rust that I know of--always kept her clean. By the way--I believe the guitar is actually just called Emmons LeGrande. I dont believe they used the word "Lashley" in the model name until later.

Hey Thanks Mark. Appreciate it. Gruene Hall--talk about one of my favorite places to play, and while we are on favorites how about the Derailers too. In fact I played with those guys for almost 2 years in 2001-2003, except when Strait was on tour. What a great band and so much fun. In fact I did a s...

To answer a couple of questions. Our great friend & longtime bandmate David Anthony has been on kind of a leave of abscence. He had some neck & back problems & had some corrective surgery, which in turn screwed up the nerves to his hand & has hampered his ability to play. A real bumm...

Thanks for all the suggetions. I'll check out as many as I can. I had forgotten about Keal here in Austin. I've had Paul there, make me several great amp cases, but was looking for some that are especially made for steels, for air travel.

Would like to add my two cents in about Zum guitars. Have nothing but great things to say about this guitar. Easy to play is an understatement. Have had nothing but compliments on the tone that this guitar gets, live, studio, video/tv. Would like to get another one, in addition to the one I have. Th...
