Jimmy Day's version of "Let It Be Me".

The subject matter of the song fits Jimmy's soulful style so perfectly. He set's an incredibly sincere mood with just the softest phrasing and touch on the first few notes with lovely melody from the heart.

A real tissue taker.

What I didn't learn about Texas Steel Guitar from Jimmy, Buddy, & Dicky, I learned from Mr. Johnny Bush. Feels like I lost my Pop all over again. I'll be lowering an E for JB tonight.

This is totally awesome Mike! However, the Billy Butler in me wonders if you have a version without the Rag! LOL, in my case I guess you would have to call it "stairway to honky tonk"
