Pickup Replacement Fender Sho-Bud D-10

Are there any pickups that will fit in these Fender/ Sho-Bud guitars? This is a reconfigured SD-10 now but it’s the pro model and not the student. I like the sound of a Mullen single coil but they don’t have anything that’ll fit. I figured asking here would be more efficient than digging through the...

I’ve seen that option and don’t like the way it looks. If I’m going to do that I’d just make another guard that’s formed and fits but I don’t have the time to do it.

Peavey Nashville 112 Knob Guard

I know the guy that initially made the knob guards is no longer doing so. Is there anyone else that is making them out of chrome or black metal? I made one myself but I just got one of the newer models of the 112 and don't have time to make another for a while.

Searching for album- Loyd Ashley "Give Me a Honkytonk"

I’m trying to get a copy of a cassette tape or CD by Loyd Ashley from the Jacksboro, Tx area. I believe the title of the album was Give Me a Honkytonk. Loyd passed away some years ago and his steel player, Elmer Lawrence (Mineral Wells, TX) had the copies of the music. I have not been able to trac...

GFI “Early Student Model”- Great Condition $1000

$1000 and will split shipping or meet within reasonable distance from Waco or DFW. The following info came from GFI. This steel is about 30 yrs old. It was produced with 2 pedals and 2 knee levers. GFI can add an additional pedal for $200. It comes in a case by Plano Moulding. It have foam that fits...

Hilton Active Volume Pedal $250 free shipping lower 48

Got this as part of a trade and don’t need it. I did use it Saturday on gig to make sure it worked. All was well. Clean. Hilton label has a smudge but that’s all I see that’s worth mentioning. https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/userpix2020-03/5232_8D356ABBDC3C4F4C81DE753C9C0F99EE_1.jpg https://bb...

Case for Pedalmaster S-10 —— close post

Looking for a case that would fit a Pedalmaster s-10. It has the small space that’s about 3 inches behind the neck but it’s not a full SD-10. I’m not sure what the proper term for that style of neck is. I know gfi has similar parts but I’m not sure if there cases would fit or not.

Replacing changer in GFI

I have acquired a 30 year old GFI student model guitar. It actually plays well, but the pedals and changer are stiff by nature of how it does it's changes. I'm wondering if it would be possible to put a different changer in it? I'm think a single raise and single lower would be appropriate, but woul...

After talking to GFI they say that my unit is so old that they may have to fashion the parts as the dimensions have changed some. I just want something that will work but I guess I’m going to have to send this in to GFI. Not really wanting to do that but I guess if I want it right I better.

WTB GFI pedal and parts

Looking for GFI Pedal and parts needed to add a pedal. I just acquired an old GFI SM. It actually plays well, but was produced with only 2 pedals. I'm trying to avoid shipping it in but I've had no luck finding parts. The pedals are mostly flat with ridges on the foot end. Any suggestions would be g...

No doubt it’s an SM. The crazy thing is that I’m told it came with only two pedals, as well. Seems to be a decent little guitar. Haven’t actually played on it yet but I’ve had Mavericks, a Red Barron, a Classic, Rains, Sho-Bud Pro II, MSA The Universal, and Mullen Custom RP and this guitar s...

I acquired a GFI S-10 that only has two pedals. I’m looking for a used pedal kit. I know I can get from GFI but hoping to save money. It also came with no case so that is stressful.

WTB SD-10 GFI, Mullen Discovery etc- lightweight pro model

Looking for a lightweight pro SD-10. Have to have a pad due to medical condition and lightweight. If it’s not lighter and have a pad, please don’t waste either of our time. Serious buyer. Under $1700, seems to be a fair price according to units I’ve found that have sold. I’m open to smaller ...
