Dwight, would you call the tone of these laps bright and twangy, or a rounder, jazzy sound? Just trying to get an idea if these are good for country or blues gigs? thanks

Nice job Greg. That blend pot is a nice touch for in-between tones. Did you use any caps to tune your pickups, or is it just the pickups to the pot?

I also have a 37', and my volume pot is very tight. I just leave it as-is, cause I don't want to change anything. I did stuff the inside with terrycloth, which cut down on bad overtones. I am trying to program Start, Stop, Intro,
Main A, Fill AB... for foot control of a
sequencer for backing parts. This is a MIDI

Looking for XG Works, a Yamaha, synth &
sequencer editing program. Now discontinued.
The last version, 3.0 or 3.07, which will
work with Windows XP. I am working on sequencer backing tracks and the editing
program is a needed part of the puzzle.
Sold for about $80.00 . Any reasonable price

Thanks for the copy of the manual Rodger. Yours had some information not contained in mine. The "Users Guide" is actually a second booklet created to get you up and running faster than the manual would. On-line book stores have stopped carrying it because it is discontinued. Still looking ...

Done anyone have a source for info on old
style speakers with whizzer cones? Such
as the EV SP12? Anyone ever trim the
whizzer off at the edge of the dust cap to
