Drumright, Oklahoma steeler

I'm asking if anyone knows a steel player from Drumright, Oklahoma about 65 to 75 years old, who was stationed in Germany in the mid 60's and sold a fender 400 to me there. I have forgotten his name and just wondering about him. He was a good player.
Thanks, Mike Shockley

Michael, I am so sorry to hear about Michael Drennon. I know what losing a son is all about. Michaels father and I were stationed, and played in a band together in France in the early & mid 60's and I remember Michael as a young musician in Eureka. So sad, and what a terrible loss to everyone---...

Sudden death speaker in the NV112.

Last night it just quit playing through the speaker, but was still coming through the p a system. What a suprise! After taking out the Eminense speaker, it is obvious that the voice coil is dead so I'll call Peavey.

NV112

Thanks Guys, I'm not using any effects, just the reverb that is built into the amp & a Hilton pedal. The pickup is a very strong TrueTone. I'll change the cords, & check out the pickup. I thought that a pu either worked or didn't. Last nite the sound went bassy during the 1st 15 minutes of t...

Bob, What does this Marlen look like. I had a D-12 that went to San Francisco some years back. It was curly maple and zebra wood and had 8 & 5 if I remember right. I think Leonard built it for me in 1971. I played it until 1984 when I bought a new all pull from him which I still have. That old d...

Mike Brown,
Can you just unplug the reverb in the NV112 and take it away, and get rid of the hum. For reverb I use a lexicon mpx110. Thanks--Mike
