I have taken a turn towards the Hawaiian side and need a 6-string to work on the techniques involved. I would like one that is not to "tinny" sounding, but I realize that at $250 or less I can't expect too much.

Lloyd's guitar is still almost all original Shot-Buddy parts. I asked him this specific question just a week or so ago. My '73 LDG that Ricky fixed up is simply an amazing instrument!
